Easter Book 2012

This easter we held an easter party at Abbeys house as our garden was still waiting for the builders to start,

I decided to record it all in a book, here follows all the photos that were put in the 5" x 7" book I made.
As they are all still quite young to help them find the hidden easter eggs  each stash was marked with an easter bunny.
Nathan needed a hat for the easter bonnet competition at school his remit was for a magicians hat with rabbits in it.

It contained 1.5 red double sided patterned paper, 1.5 Blue spotty double sided patterned paper and 4 sheets of a bazzil type card stock in blue, taupe,  charcoal and red,  there were 3 sheets of stickers 1 of flowers 1 of stripes and ric rac and one of lables that all co ordinated with the papers.
There were also ribbons , buttons bakers twine and a strange wooden book plaque also a white small paper alphabet sheet.

Other Stash:You CAN use the following:
White or Black ink
White or Black paint
White or Black thread/cotton (and therefore a sewing machine for this)
White or Black cardstock (NOT patterned)
White or Black pencils
White of Black pens
packaging that came with the kit

The finished item is then uploaded to a hidden gallery till the date of the reveal when other members of the CC vote who's item is the best.

I choose to make a mini book, because of the restricted amount of paper available I adjusted the size of the pages I made, reducing the measurements by an inch  and added fewer additions to the pages. The body of the pages is made from white cardstock,

I then covered with the paper and cut inserts to slide in from the top and sides out of the Bazzil type card.

I added the journaling stickers to enhance the tags.

Using the Stampin up punch I cut tabs from the blue spotty paper, The cover was made from the pizza box the kit had arrived in, and covered in patterned paper.

We have recently had a short break in Cornwall with our daughter and grandson Ari,  so these were the photos I choose to use in this book,
